Pine Nuts
They are derived from the cones of stone pines that can grow in the Mediterranean climate zone.
Procured from the farmers as unshelled, the shells of pine nuts are broken after the process of sieving and categorizing according to the size. After that, they are separated from their shells, washed and finally dried. During the processing of the pine nut, chemicals that may change the smell, color and look of the product are never used.
